Hi everyone, Liz, Mother Hen, and anyone else who remembers me. Wow, been long time since I last posted here. Been quite busy. I have two new grandchildren, Ichigo was born in June, and Jameson born in July.

This past July I moved up to Oregon for one year. My son Marc was deployed in August (his second tour to Iraq), and he asked me to move up and help take care of his wife and daughter, Ichigo. My doctor said okay as long as I come down here every other month for doctor's appointments. All traveling plans I had for this year and part of next year is put on hold until after son returns, and I can move back home.

Remember the last time he was deployed, I was busy crocheting the wedding dress for his finance. Yep, they had a beautiful girl in June, and I am blessed to be able to help out.

Been busy crocheting, making lots of clothing for the little ones. Besides crocheting, I am going to be taking a fabric painting course in January. I am currently taking square dance lessons. Also doing some sewing, cross stitch, knitting, and what ever else I can do to keep busy.

Work when I can, which is hardly ever. Mainly I work at any yarn shows, for my friend Jennifer. So, what, twice a year. Been thinking of signing up to teach crochet or some form of crochet. At the same fabric store where I will be taking the fabric painting course. Maybe not basic crochet, but perhaps hairpin lace, broomstick, or Tunisian.
