I am stuck on the first row! I do not get the "around" stitch. Can anyone help get through this for me.

Is this an AROUND THE POST stitch ?

If so check this site for picture instructions of how to make this stitch .

If this deosn't help > post the AROUND , instruction that you have in the pattern.
