The Bernat Ruffle Hat pattern goes from 1st-9th rd and then skips to 11th rnd. Is this an error to skip 10th rnd? Should I just go ahead to 11th rnd, or am I supposed to do something between 9th and 11th rnd? I'm fairly new at this. Thanks for the help.
