Here's where I'm stuck:

SHAPE CROWN
DEC ROW
Patt 13, k2tog insert marker, rep from * 9 more times - is this missing a * ?????
NEXT ROW
*P1,Patt 13, rep from * 9 times more
NEXT ROW

I'm confused as previously I'd done

Learn how to crochet at Wholesaleyarnstore.com

I m new and trying to learn how to crochet and I found this website http://www.wholesaleyarnstore.com/ lately and they have different lessons step by step to learn how to crochet, anyone can advise me where to start.
I m not sure if I can share this here but they have hundreds of different yarns and I have a discount coupon "YARN123" that everyone can use.

Free website with a sweater generator

On this site you can design your own Yoke sweater, you can select size, gauge and needle sizes and the program will calculate the number of stitches.
You can then draw the pattern and see in real time what it will look like.
It's in many languages and you can make a PDF document with the pattern and instructions on how to knit it.

Need help with hat pattern for crochet

I have a couple of questions. The first one is about crochet in general; after creating a chain when you need to SC into a chain, what part of the chain do you go through? After you have a line of SC and in tells you to either SC or DC into a SC, what part do you go through? The V shaped SC or the chain that is created across the top?
I'm trying to do the "first hat" the in "crochet made easy" book by Red Heart. Here is the line I don't understand:

Crocheting Wrong side Right Side???

Hi,

I'm trying to learn how to crochet but can't find any kind of video to show how to actually crochet on the wrong side or right side. They just flip the crocheted material around and say what is wrong side or right side. So this does not help me at all. So when they flip around... do I just flip and crochet as usual but just on the same top or do I need to crochet in the nub? Please help as this is the only thing stopping me from crocheting. I have looked at all the you tube videos...

The first few rows of the pattern are:
1st row: (RS). *K1. P1. Rep from * to last st. K1.
Rep last row for Seed St Pat once more.
*Then you change color and work 2 rows in Seed St Pat.
Change back to original color and work 2 rows in Seed St Pat.*
Rep from * to * twice more,
