I am trying to knit the cosmo shawl but there are a few things that I need to have clarified. First, in row 4, it says to _(inc 1 st in next st, p1)2 times_ . What exactly does this mean? Am I purling the new stitch then inc a stitch on the original stitch again? Or am I purling the new and original stitch as one stitch? Or am I purling the new stitch, passing the original stitch over to the right needle and then incr 1 stitch on the next stitch? I don't know. HELP PLEASE!!!!!
