I am trying to locate a pattern for a childs size mary jane looking houseshoe. They have attached yarn that looks like a white sock. My grand daughters love them and I want to try to make them. I had purchased the grand daughters house shoes at a craft fair in the fall. They have worn the shoes so much the bottoms are nearly worn through. If you know where I can find a pattern, or if you have one that you would share, that would be great. Any information is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Here's a Mary Jane Slipper
Here's a Mary Jane Slipper pattern. http://www.purlbee.com/mary-jane-slippers/ You could probably "add" the appearance of socks by knitting a piece in white below the strap and above the top of the shoe for the leg of the sock. When I put knit mary jane slipper into Google I got lots of sites but only checked out the top two. And if you are a member of Ravelry.com, there may be patterns in its data base. You have to join Ravelry but it's free.
