I assume you know how to do an RDC. If not, there are some instructions on this page: http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/april_crochproject.htmlAs I read the instructions for Rows 8 and 10, when you are beginning the central panel, you first work however many stitches you need for the size you are making, i.e 25 or 27 or 29. Then you begin the central panel design following the chart. After you work the instructions for the central panel, you complete the remaining 25, 27 or 29 stitches in the stitch pattern you have already established.Regardless of the size you are making, you should have 15 stitches over which you work the central panel.
