I completed, doggedly, the pattern, but the edging is so bunched up, it looks awful, nothing like the picture. I tore it out several times, but to not avail. ANyone else have this problem? and, has anyone solved the mystery? HELP!!!

Is this a Craft Yarn Council
Is this a Craft Yarn Council project? I didn't see it on the Projects page but that just means I overlooked it.
If it's a pattern from another website, could you post the link? If it's a purchased pattern, have you tried blocking your shawl out so that the body of the shawl fits the edging? In the alternative, do you think a smaller hook, or fewer stitches would help?
If you could provide a little more information, perhaps someone who visits these forum boards could help.
