Where is this reference notebook? If it is not re-written yet - can you recommend something else?

Crochet Book Released!

I wanted to say - the new CIP crochet manual is available now and it is WONDERFUL. It is very detailed and thorough. Thanks for all the hard work putting it together! Trying to complete the program without the book available gave me a chance to hunt through various other resources. I thought a reference was a reference, but what I found was missing information, confusing descriptions and even different instructions completely.

I count myself fortunate to have enrolled in the CIP program at this time – with pleasant Craft Yarn Council people, marvelous support and truly excellent educational resources. I am eager to begin my teaching, and to continue my learning through this excellent program. Thank-you.

I suggest you use the Contact page on the Craft Yarn Council website to follow-up on this matter.

The Forum Boards are visited by other crafters and not regularly monitored by CYC staff.

Handbook

I have just started my training and was looking for the book myself. What I am wondering is if there is a special section that requires a new password that is only obtained through the CIP. If so, they've got their money and I would like to get started. My first classes are in June so that leaves me only about 2 weeks to get started and to obtain the patterns needed for my first class.

The last I heard the Crochet Notebook was supposed to be available on 15 April. So far - nothing. I have sent a query about this and haven't received a response yet.
