Start doing your next stitch with your blue yarn being sure to pull it through that last loop of your grey yarn. You will need to be careful of your tension for the first stitch so that you don't pull through your new color but after your first stitch you should be fine. Leave a tail you will weave in later, or you can law the tail of the new color on top of the row of stitches you are working, and wrap your new stitches around this tail as well as the top of the stitch.
