I'm working on an afghan that has a "wave" pattern across the double crochet rows. The pattern calls for a front post SC all the way across. Trouble is, I can't find instructions for it. I have found FP double crochet, but no single.
Would I just do it like the pictures/videos show except not YO when I start the stitch?

Yes, it's around a double crochet. I went back and re-checked the pattern instructions and it explained how to do it. I guess I should read more carefully from now on..........;).
Thank you both!

Your assessment of the situation seems reasonable. I assume that the sc is being done around a longer stitch though, something that actually has a post.

If there is a picture of the pattern > I like to use a MAGNIFYING glass to get a close look at the item.
But if it sys to make a sc post then that is what I would make.
