I have a print out for a "Reversible Ribbed Cable Scarf". I understand everything but the line that says:
Row 8: *FC, (k2,p2) twice* repeat from * to * end FC
Can someone explain this row to me? I understand k2, p2, etc.. but I am a bit rusty on my knitting and need the FC explained to me. Thank you.

front cross (in working a cable)
FC is front cross (in working a cable)
I googled Knitting Abbreviations FC and found several listings
FC is not a common knitting
FC is not a common knitting abbreviation. I would check the pattern for a list of abbreviations to see how this abbreviation is used for your pattern.
