I am making a vest, and using a K2P2 ribbing on the arm holes and edges. I do not like a traditional bind off, cause it does not match the ribbing, but produces a ridge.
Is there another bind off that will be more invisible? Thanks, it is my first garmet, and so far it is turning out well. I want the finish to look good too.

Thanks KT, I did google it,
Thanks KT, I did google it, and did the bind off matching the purls and the knits. It has a bit of a stretch and does not look too bad! I haven't been here in a while, but I am really knitting again, and will check in more often.

I like the look of a standard
I like the look of a standard bind off done in pattern but if you want to look for something different, google knit sewn bind off or Elizabeth Zimmerman bind off for websites and videos on how to do this one. Another type of bind off would be the tubular bind off which can be done with a 2x2 rib. Again I would google it, or if you happen to have a little book called Ondori Knit, there are great diagrams in that book on how to do the tubular bind off in 2x2 rib.
