I was just wondering what kind of turnout others had for the open house that was held earlier today, 9/8/2012. Our store was very slow today and we had very few people interested in the classes. I only got one person signed up for a class, and out of the four other instructors that were there, they only had 2 people sign up for the Wilton cake decorating class, and no one for jewelry or painting. The managers, the other instructors, and I were all wondering why they didn't have this sometime over Labor day weekend, when the store was swamped and we had tons of good sales going on. Our store promoted this event like crazy - we've been handing out flyers about it all week. We're all feeling a little bit discouraged about it, as we'd had pretty high hopes for this event bringing in new students. How did it go for everyone else?
